We are bringing AI innovations to market in two ways for our customers. First, we are developing portfolio-wide AI capabilities that can be accessed everywhere by business teams through a common interface, including a standalone app and Joule. These capabilities leverage SAP’s experiential and operational data as well as third-party data to provide proactive, contextual, and AI-powered insights that help organizations optimize their business processes.
Second, we are embedding new AI features in our current products – SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement, and SAP Customer Data Platform solutions. These features will enhance product discovery, automate labor-intensive tasks, retrieve answers in natural language, and surface customer profile intelligence in context.
Our new portfolio-wide AI capabilities will supercharge catalog management and product discovery, automate labor-intensive tasks with curated role-based AI tools, retrieve answers in natural language with proactive AI, and surface customer profile intelligence in context. These capabilities will be available in December 2023 and will help organizations improve their customer experiences and boost their business operations.
In addition to our portfolio-wide AI capabilities, we are also embedding AI features in our solutions to create personalized content, generate instant email responses, and fortify customer identity and access management with AI. These features will empower marketers to create compelling content, help sales and service teams engage with customers more effectively, and provide end users with a secure and private digital experience.
