Verint Secures Eight-Figure Deal with Fortune 25 Brand: Enhancing AI Business Results and CX Automation
Verint, a leading CX automation specialist, has recently announced a significant eight-figure deal with a Fortune 25 brand. This deal will see Verint enhancing the client’s AI business results across its 60,000 contact center agents. The goal is to boost customer and agent experiences while lowering operating costs, and Verint will be deploying its Knowledge Creation and Knowledge Suggestion Bots to achieve this.
The Knowledge Creation Bot uses AI to create new, high-quality knowledge articles, enabling agents to provide more accurate responses to customers and ultimately improve the overall customer experience. On the other hand, the Knowledge Suggestion Bot provides agents with contextual knowledge during interactions, reducing the need for agent-initiated searches and improving first call resolution.
This deal comes on the heels of Verint’s successful Q1 2025 earnings call, where CEO Dan Bodner reported exceeding revenue expectations and credited the success to the adoption of Verint’s bots. The company’s Open CCaaS Platform has been instrumental in delivering tangible results for brands, lowering workforce costs, and increasing customer loyalty.
This latest deal is not Verint’s first eight-figure contract of the year, as they also secured a $14 million agreement with one of the world’s largest retailers to enhance CX automation. This further solidifies Verint’s position as a leader in CX automation and innovation.
Overall, Verint’s ability to deliver tangible AI business outcomes through their specialized bots has been a key factor in securing these high-value contracts. As the demand for CX automation continues to grow, Verint’s innovative solutions are well-positioned to drive success for both the company and its clients.
